General Submission Requirements and Judging Criteria

Submissions must be received by January 31, 2018. 

You may enter as many projects from your company that fit the criteria for a category; however, each project may only be submitted in one category.  Previously submitted projects/transactions are eligible. The project/transaction submitted should have commenced no earlier than 1/1/2017 and substantially completed prior to 12/31/2017.

Developer/Owner of the Year Awards:

Projects/transactions will be selected based on but not limited to: number of projects/transactions, significance of projects/transactions, creativity, economic and community impact.  

Broker of the Year Awards: 

Projects/transactions will be selected based on but not limited to: number and significance of deals, creativity and transaction structure, size (both square footage and monetary value) of deals, community involvement and/or philanthropic efforts. 

An image of each project or transaction must be emailed to abigail.sievers@cushwake.com in jpeg format and minimum 300 dpi as part of your submission.  Examples include: photo of development, photo of the building where the deal was completed, renderings, site plans, floor plans, location map, specifications, etc.
