Transaction of the Year - Multifamily
Submissions must be received by March 1, 2024.
This award recognizes parties involved in a real estate transaction who demonstrated creativity in addressing items important to the successful completion of the transaction. The winner will be selected based on but not limited to: creativity and transaction structure, deal complexity, size (both square footage and gross deal value) and client satisfaction. Submissions should describe transaction in detail and should address all aforementioned criteria. A testimonial from the client(s) is encouraged. Submissions should only include transactions completed in Indiana within the 2023 calendar year.
